Opening games of 2013 season

With the bowling season now well under way, all members are enjoying taking part in the variety of competitions now to offer but disappointed in the poor weather conditions.

 

Following the successful season last year in the second division of the Perth & District League the Club were promoted this year to Division One. The first two games in the top league this year brought mixed fortunes for the Club.  While we enjoyed a good win in our first game against West End, we did not fair so well when we played Bankfoot this week.

 

In the Perth and District Top League at Luncarty this week we obtained 8 points.

 

Looking to the near future, we looking forward to the game against Castle Douglas in the County Top Ten on Sunday 19th May.

 

We are always looking for anyone wishing to take up the sport in bowling or any other bowlers who wish to join the club where they would be made most welcome.
